Yes. In the Pro Portal you can ask the homeowner a question or request more photos before you put a number on it — so you quote with confidence.
Will I see photos and job details?+
Yes — you get whatever the homeowner shares: the scope, their ZIP, and any photos, so you can review the job before responding.
How do I respond to a lead?+
Reply to the lead email, or log into the Pro Portal and use “Respond to a lead” to ask a question, request photos, or send your quote. You can also build and save reusable quote templates there.
Is the homeowner's information protected?+
Yes. Homeowner details are shared only with matched local pros for the purpose of quoting. We don't sell data. You agree to use lead info only to quote that job — see the Provider Terms.
How do I pause or stop?+
Just reply to any lead email and we'll pause you. No contract, no hassle.
