Provider Terms & Policies

Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern home-service professionals ("Providers," "you") who receive leads from QuoteMyAnything ("QMA," "we").

1. Acceptance

By requesting access, receiving, or responding to a lead from QMA, you agree to these Provider Terms & Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What QMA does

QMA connects you with homeowners who have requested quotes in your trade and area. We provide introductions and lead details only. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a homeowner, we do not perform the work, and we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, responses, jobs, or revenue.

3. No contracts

Participation is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may pause or stop receiving leads at any time, and we may pause or end your access at any time.

4. You are never obligated to quote

You decide which leads to respond to. You may ask the homeowner questions or request photos before quoting, and you may decline any lead.

5. Acceptable use of leads

6. Licensing, insurance & your work

You represent that you hold all licenses, permits, registrations, and insurance required for your trade and jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your quotes, contracts, workmanship, scheduling, payment terms, warranties, and compliance with all laws. QMA does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any Provider's work.

7. Homeowner data & privacy

Homeowner contact and job details are confidential and provided solely so you can quote that job. Handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. We do not sell homeowner data.

8. Independent relationship

You and QMA are independent parties. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship. You act on your own behalf with homeowners.

9. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QMA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or for the acts, omissions, quotes, or work of any Provider or homeowner.

10. Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (acceptable use, data, liability) survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
